Covering insights on hiring & retention, the State of Recruitment Reports required an identity that would scale across multiple reports with varying insights. The reports delve into the challenges in the current labour market, as well as ideas & solutions on how SMEs can tackle these challenges. Radial gradients and with fluid shapes that encapsulate type helped to represent the adaptability needed to thrive in the current recruitment space. The identity was brought to life across 3 digital reports spanning South-East Asia, the UK, and the ANZ regions. The report was also adapted for print for showcase at a UK media event.
