The Talent Insights Report 2023 delves into the current trends in movement and retention within the employment market. In a time of economic change, the branding of the report aimed to capture the flux & ever-changing nature of talent acquisition & retention in 2023. Drawing inspiration from key themes in the report, clusters of objects suspended in gravity became the focal point of the branding. A sleek black color palette, along with bold pops of color and dynamically varying widths in typography, were used to convey a sense of movement throughout the branding.
